‘Hearing everybody and letting them contribute to a better organization’. Many companies say something to this extent, but who actually lives up to it? With this challenge Suus Drost, Jan-Kees Walrave and Sander van der Hoeven started developing Beepp. Our diversity brought together a perfect mix of HR, analysis and IT knowledge. This enabled us to look at things with a broad view and a new vision.

A large number of philosophical discussions, brainstorm sessions and hard work have led to a new concept and a product that works. Together with our team of developers we managed to develop software, analyses and services that enable us to establish mutual connection, beyond existing hierarchies.

Bas Kester joined the Beepp team when the first drafts were being tested and immediately saw the value of this approach for all types of organizations. His sales experience will help us getting the buzz out!
